INTRODUCTION

Jumai.com is a Nigerian electronic commerce form that provides services in a wide range around the country and across the country (Latchem, 2017). It is a licensed recognized online platform by the federal government which has impacted the general society and the business arena. Piloted research on the application and practice of information technology system in the organization in assisting strategies of the business shows that Jumia Nigeria associates its business proficiencies with the 3PL partners based on the continuous service they provide. As an effect, the strategy Jumia Nigeria use in the gathering, categorization, handling and dispatching of data turns out not to strategically support its business methods. In a journal of electronic commerce and marketing, it was pointed out that working business organization or firm functioning on the current global market needs to observe the way it performs its operation with customers. For example, the communication and also the organization need to examine the way information is being strategized to meet up with the current trends in business surroundings (Miller, 2018). Jumia Nigeria uses an information system tool in the organization, yet the company has to conduct a research based on the application of social media as an information system in other to meet up with the current market trends by making progressive strategies to achieve a competitive edge. Today social media has become a social fad and used in a lot of working organization as information system tool to achieve their aims and objectives (Sproull, 2018)

This report is going to discuss the potentials of the management in addressing issues of reaching consensus and change in Jumia Nigeria.
